  • Every session is tailored to your unique goals and are between 45-60 minutes. The structure includes reflecting on your previous week, discussing the small goal you set before this session, reviewing your latest food + mood diary, working together on a different ‘tool’ each session and setting a new goal for the upcoming week.

  • Yes! Depending on your unique goals, each session is tailored to you and your needs.

  • They are held over zoom so we can communicate from anywhere in the world.

  • I am based in London but work with people worldwide.

  • You will set small goals in between each session and keep a food diary.

  • I suggest weekly or bi-weekly and these can be altered as we go through the package depending on how you are getting on.

  • Yes, I am available to support you via email or WhatsApp if you have any questions or queries such as menu choices, food shopping or need gentle reminders.

  • The prices are set per session. We will chat about this in the Complimentary Discovery Call.
