As a Health Coach, I use a combination of coaching, nutrition education and lifestyle tips.

I work with your unique goals and offer you personalised sessions to help you become the healthiest and happiest versions of yourself.

Through education, time and accountability I’ll help you overcome barriers and offer support which creates sustainable behaviour changes.    

I can help you make positive changes in diet, sleep, energy levels, exercise routines, stress reduction and overall wellbeing.

About Me

Hi, I’m Jade. Perhaps just like you, I spent years not feeling quite right in so many ways. From my own health journey, I have learnt so many lessons along the way and have become immensely passionate about health and believe we all deserve to feel our optimal. That is why I decided to make a career out of it. I am a qualified level 5 Health and Wellness Coach from Health Coaches Academy with a Nutrition Diploma from The College of Living Nutrition.

My biggest learning is that health is so personal and there is so much power in bringing it back to the basics and then growing from there. So, let’s start with the fundamentals such as; nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement and lifestyle.

My aim is for you to see the changes and feel the shifts. I work with women who want to feel lighter, in mind and body.
